2 Drop Down Wet Table Single Pallet Large Board Making Machine
● Specially designed drop table ensures higher feed speed of wet products onto the conveyor from the wet side.

3 Machine frame
● ZENITH is the only company to use bolted machine frames.
● The extremely strong bolted machine frame consists of side frames, vibrating table beam, vibrating table motor beam and cross beam.
● Competitive frames crack over time due to inflexible weldments.
● The bolted Zenith machine frame is strong enough to withstand high pressure, yet flexible enough to absorb high vibration power. Therefore, the service life of the machine is significantly longer.

4 Easy maintenance
● Welded filler container guides are equipped with replaceable wear parts. This significantly reduces costs and assembly time.
● The cross beam is designed in such a way that the columns can be moved individually to the side. This significantly speeds up and reduces physical maintenance costs.
● Individual modules, motors, motor power adapters and computer units can be easily replaced without the need for a service engineer or programmer.

5 Ultra dynamic vibration system
● The ZENITH ultra-dynamic vibration system guarantees the highest dynamics and at the same time high product density.

● High dynamics are achieved using the latest SEW servo technology and allow the offset angle to be adjusted in less than 0.1 s.

6 Electrical control system - easy to use
● To ensure maximum ease of use, the ZN1500-2 is equipped with an intuitive and self-explanatory visualization concept.
● Clearly organized visualization shows only the most important components. However, with just a few clicks, you can select and monitor every piece of equipment in real time.
● ZN1500-2 is equipped with a Siemens mobile touch panel for maximum ease of use. The operator can wear a comfortable panel and operate the machine from different locations.

7 Electrical control system
● Thanks to intensive research and development collaboration with Siemens since 2014, many innovations have been developed.
● ZN1500-2 is equipped with the latest Industry 4.0 standards.
● Thanks to the Siemens S7 1500 TIA portal, all machine components and processes are interconnected and can be fully monitored and optimized in real time.

8 Advanced hydraulic system
● ZN1500-2 is equipped with two main pumps (capacity 270 l/min) and two accumulators to reduce cycle time in normal production.
● In case of pump failure, the machine can operate with a second pump to avoid production stoppage.
● An additional pump for setting mode (capacity 20 l/min) guarantees a safe limitation of the speed of the corresponding movements.
