Zenith Ultra-Dynamic System is an advanced, high quality vibration technology used in the Fully Automatic Block Making Machine. It provides precise amplitude control with extremely short response times and flexible adjustment. The servo drive system provides high dynamics, improving mold filling and reducing production cycle times. Amplitude and frequency can be adjusted quickly and accurately.

2 Dual-axis servo vibration unit (optional)
Each eccentric shaft is driven by an independent servo motor, ensuring precise control, fast response and precise vibration output.

3 Automatic quick mold change system
Zenith's Automatic Quick Mold Changing System is based on the coordinated operation of multiple devices to ensure intelligent, fast and accurate mold changing. After the mold is transported to the main machine, it is installed on the mold changer using a lifting system. The system automatically completes the mold replacement process without the need for manual movement, positioning or locking.

4 Overhead feeding system
The overhead feeding system is modular in design, including a feed hopper, scraper, tamping brush and roof breaking unit. Feeding hoppers for front and main mix are mounted on the feed frame, which ensures quick changeover and optimal feed performance.

5 Hydraulic reciprocating block breaking feed mechanism (optional)
With hydraulic drive; The arch breaking rake moves back and forth, effectively breaking arches of material.

6 Electrically driven rotary feeder for arch crushing (optional)
Electric drive; The arc breaking rake rotates at a predetermined angle around the shaft, loosening the material.

7 Modular main frame
The main unit and face mixing unit adopt a modular frame design with precision assembly. Breaking the traditional design concepts, it makes extensive use of high-quality bolted connections of the frame, vibrating table, motor beams and feed system. This design ensures ultra-low maintenance costs, easy adaptation to different operating conditions and significantly reduces replacement time for wear parts.

8 Hydraulic automatic locking of the front mixing unit
The connection between the main machine and the ZN1200-2S concrete preparation unit is achieved through an advanced hydraulic automatic locking system. Hydraulic cylinders activate the locking elements, reliably fixing the concrete preparation unit on the main machine. If it is necessary to disconnect the concrete preparation block, the system removes the lock, and the gear motor drives the concrete preparation block along the guides.

9 Mold locking device
This mechanical locking mechanism consists of high-strength locking blocks, a wedge-shaped press head and double-acting hydraulic cylinders. During demolding, the cylinders actuate the locking blocks to radially clamp the press head, forming a mechanical lock. The mold is then released under constant pressure, which effectively eliminates springback and micro-movement, providing sharp brick edges, a smooth surface and greatly improving product quality.

10 Electrical adjustment of auger lift
Equipped with high-precision screw lift for automatic height adjustment, which ensures high precision, easy operation and enhanced automation.

11 Fully integrated control system
The main machine ZN1200-2S is equipped with Siemens S7-1500 series PLC (6ES7 515-2AM01-0AB0), a high-performance Siemens controller with large memory capacity, high processing speed and a wide range of functions. The HMI interface visualizes all control system signals for simple and intuitive operation.

12 Wide expansion possibilities
The ZN1200-2S is highly expandable in hardware and software. It can be equipped with a variety of optional systems such as foaming devices, dye mixing systems, pallet ejectors, core ejection systems and cross cleaning brushes to meet customers' varied production needs.
