1 Vibration Table Design

2 Quick mold change system

3 German version of high quality shelving design
The main frame features a high-strength welded structure using Zenith's patented technology. It is welded from special steel, custom-made. Thoughtful design, uniform and high-quality welding, and the entire frame is vibration treated to ensure high quality and high stability. Advanced structural design technology allows you to scale up the machine and add side mold opening and closing functions, plate pulling devices, polystyrene pallet installation, etc.

4 Linear sensor
To move the tamper:
The German BALLUFF sensor is mounted on a steel stand for more flexible, accurate and precise control of the tamper in any position. While the tamper is moving, the BALLUFF sensor can detect and control the pressure and flow of the hydraulic cylinder.
For material filling trolley:
Use the rotary encoder to precisely control the filling cart in each position. It can sense and control the pressure and oil flow of the filling cart.

5 Intelligent Feeding System
Intelligently adjust the feeding mode according to different mold characteristics.
The feed is uniform and fast.
The feed base is made of highly durable Hardox material.
The feeding system has good tightness and a long service life.

6 Precise servo control system
Thanks to feedback, the phase and speed of vibration are controlled with a high degree of synchronization; High-speed standby mode and high-frequency operation can shorten the molding cycle by 1.5s and ensure high efficiency; The servo controller is a book-type single-axis motor, and the driver adopts a standard DC bus connection method (renewable energy can be used and recovered), which can reduce power consumption by 15% and improve the braking effect.

7 High precision servo-hydraulic system
High performance variable displacement pump and closed loop servo valve system. Pressure, speed and position are controlled by a digital closed loop, which automatically adjusts oil flow and pressure. High stability, high efficiency and energy saving.
Sensors connected to the main and front material feeders, as well as to the transport head, are in a closed loop. All position data is read and transmitted to the hydraulic system to control the performance and pressure of each pump.
