1. Advanced German frame design

2. Automatic quick mold change system

3. Feeding system

5. Precision servo control system

6. Hydraulic system

Pressure head, mold frame, aggregate cart and fabric cart are controlled proportional valves with feedback from the valve core, which ensures short response times. Feedback control system (linear/encoder - PLC - proportional distributor - hydraulic cylinder) provides precise control with fast and stable movement of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic station uses a variable displacement piston pump that stops supplying pressurized oil when the hydraulic system reaches a set pressure, relieving the pump and reducing energy consumption. The hydraulic station is equipped accumulator for additional oil supply, which allows you to perform several actions simultaneously with stable pressure in the hydraulic system.
