QT6 is an economical & small concrete block making machine that can meet the varied production needs of small businesses while being cost-effective. It can produce various concrete blocks, such as exterior wall building blocks, interior wall blocks, flower wall bricks, floor slabs, river protection blocks, paving blocks and curbs. The secondary coating system can also produce colored pavers.
The QT6 machine body is made of high-strength castings and welded structures of special materials, with good rigidity, vibration resistance and long service life. The electrical system uses a touch screen from the German company SIEMENS and a programmable logic controller (PLC), including a safety logic control and fault diagnosis system. The hydraulic components use highly dynamic proportional valves, which can adjust oil volume and pressure to suit various production requirements. The four-lever direction mode ensures precise action of the tamping head and mold. A vibration compaction on the table is used. 360° forced feeding, short molding cycle and high production efficiency.
