QT10 (10 means 10 pieces of "400x200x200mm" hollow blocks per mold) has a production capacity of 11,000-14,000 pieces of 400x200x200mm concrete blocks or 800-900 sq. m of cement paving stones per day (8 working hours). Different types of hollow concrete blocks, solid bricks, pavers, paving blocks and curb stones can be produced using different molds.
The QT10 machine body is made of high-strength castings and welded structures of special materials, with good rigidity, vibration resistance and long service life. The electrical system uses a touch screen from the German company SIEMENS and a programmable logic controller (PLC), including a safety logic control and fault diagnosis system. The hydraulic components use highly dynamic proportional valves, which can adjust oil volume and pressure to suit various production requirements. The four-link synchronized transmission ensures precise operation of the tamping head and mold. Using table vibration and 360° forced feed allows you to shorten the molding cycle and achieve efficient production.
