Routine Maintenance of Brick Pallet Machine:

1. Regular maintenance: Maintain the brick machine tray regularly and replace it immediately if there is any product quality problem, so as not to affect the operation of the clay brick making machine. 

2. Thorough maintenance: Due to extreme environmental conditions or lack of time on the construction site, many operators do not carry out full maintenance work on the brick machine pallets. To extend the service life of the cement brick machine carriage, the equipment must be serviced daily within the prescribed time frame.

Types of pallets

Pallets are mainly used to support newly produced equipment blocks during the production of concrete blocks.
Depending on the material of the pallet, the following types can be distinguished:
Steel pallets, wood pallets, bamboo pallets, PVC pallets, PFB pallets, Duroboard pallets...

Simple line uses more types of PFB pallets: plastic fiber board

The PFB pallet is the main recommended pallet for semi-automatic production lines, which is relatively economical.

Reinforced with glass fiber, fiberglass content is 60-70%, both sides are sanded to a smooth surface; If necessary, steel edge protection can also be installed.
Board thickness: 25–45 mm

Warranty conditions for PFB pallets supplied by QGM

1. Warranty: 5-year warranty, one part will be replaced by one within one year from the bill of lading date, two parts will be replaced by one within two to three years, and three parts will be replaced by one within four to five years.
2. Loss rate: The pallet is a consumable item, and damage within 5% per year is natural loss and is not covered by the warranty. For example, for 1000 pallets, damage within 50 pallets per year is not covered by the warranty;
3. If, within one calendar year after the product is delivered to the customer's site and used, the damage rate exceeds 10%, the batch of products supplied by Party B is considered to have a quality problem. During the subsequent warranty period, after deduction of 5% normal wear and tear per year, the remaining quantity must be unconditionally replaced by the supplier.
4. If the percentage of damage to a given batch of pallets does not exceed 10% within one calendar year from the date of issue of the bill of lading, it is considered that this batch of products has been accepted by the customer and has no quality problems. If a large number of board breakages occur during subsequent use, this will be considered improper use or artificial damage on the part of the customer and will not be covered by the warranty.

Wooden pallet

There are two designs of wooden pallets: one is boards joined with double tenon joints, the other is reinforcing the boards with threaded rods.

Double dovetail joints hold the boards together along their entire length, ensuring a uniform pallet without warping or using glue.

Reinforcing the slabs with threaded rods optimizes the transfer of vibration energy and ensures uniform compaction and high stability of the concrete products.

Storage
Once the pallet is delivered, it must be immediately inserted into the block making machine. If temporary storage of pallets is required, they must be stored in a covered place, protected from direct sunlight and wind, neatly stacked.

Steel pallet

Advantages:
The load-bearing capacity is the highest among pallets.
100% environmentally friendly, recyclable and reusable, does not waste resources.
Longer service life.

Flaws:
Compared to other pallets, steel pallets are too heavy and are only suitable for use on fully automated production lines.
Relatively speaking, the price is several times higher than that of wooden pallets.
If the rust protection is not done properly, it will easily corrode later and affect production.
It needs to be calibrated every year. The surface is very smooth. When using a push conveyor, blocks will slip and shift, which may result in damage or inaccurate positioning during placement.
