Product Description

Welcome to our factory where you can make brick metering machine at any time. A brick machine is equipment used to press concrete under pressure and allows a certain degree of control over the size and shape of the bricks. Shaker machine is another device which is mainly used to vibrate and shake the newly formed bricks to remove air and ensure density of the bricks. In a production line, a brick machine is usually the first step used to mix raw materials and press them into the shape of bricks. The bricks are then sent to the shaker on a conveyor belt for degassing and compaction. Both devices play an important role in the brick making process, and their combined use can improve the quality and efficiency of brick production.

Batcher

It can be selected according to the type of local raw materials, with 3 to 6 bins to choose from, and the quantity of multiple materials can be set in appropriate proportion. The function is to ensure product quality and reduce costs. The raw materials are automatically weighed by the automatic dosing system and transported to the lifting hopper, which is lifted into place to pour the raw materials into the mixer for mixing.

2) Battery power for Facemix: 2.2 kW, tape width B500
Dosing cycle time: 40 s
