Brick machine autonomous cubic system

The Smart Cube is an intelligent block palletizing equipment designed using patented back-gap stacking technology. This stacking system is a special system designed for the current situation where finished blocks from a simple production line need to be palletized manually, which is labor intensive and reduces production efficiency. The system is typically installed separately adjacent to the product curing area to palletize finished products on site, or can be connected to a block production line for fully automatic production.
The whole machine is composed of 5 parts, such as pallet lifting device, block feeding and stacking device, CNC block counting and placing mechanism, cubing and grouping device, strapping mechanism, etc., to realize palletizing without bottom board. The whole machine uses electric motor and pneumatics as the driving force, and the electric drive is frequency controlled, which ensures intelligence, stability, high efficiency, low energy consumption and small footprint. The advantage of this equipment production line is the high degree of automation, the whole process is controlled by a computer control cabinet, which not only reduces labor costs, but also improves efficiency and productivity.
