Brick kiln

A brick kiln is a machine for curing concrete products under normal pressure with moist heat or without pressure with steam. It can be divided into two types: intermittent brick curing kiln and continuous brick curing kiln. The first type is the brick curing oven, brick curing chamber, etc., where the products are put into the curing oven in batches, and the heating, constant temperature maintenance and cooling are controlled by the amount of steam supplied, which is suitable for the water unit method production process; tunnel brick curing kilns, folding line brick curing kilns, vertical brick curing kilns, etc., where the products are continuously loaded into the kiln at one end, and after three stages of heating, maintaining constant temperature and cooling, unloaded at the other end, which is suitable for the water conveyor belt method production process.

Drying chamber

There are two main types of curing chambers: one is a steel structure and the other is a  concrete structure. 


Brick kiln is a brick drying kiln, brick drying chamber, etc., where the products are put into the drying kiln in batches, and heating, maintaining constant temperature and cooling are controlled by the amount of steam supplied, which is suitable for the production process of water installation method; Tunnel brick drying kiln, folding line brick drying kiln, vertical brick drying kiln, etc., the products are continuously loaded into the kiln from one end, and after three stages of heating, maintaining constant temperature and cooling, discharged from the other end, which is suitable for the water conveyor belt method production process. The second type intermittent brick drying kiln has a simple structure and is well adapted to various products, but consumes a lot of steam, has poor operating conditions, low utilization rate and occupies a large area. The continuous operation brick drying kiln overcomes the disadvantages of the intermittent operation kiln and easily realizes automation, but requires large investment in infrastructure.

Concrete structure

The concrete curing chamber can be built directly from concrete and equipped with appropriate supports, or it can be built from brick and equipped with appropriate supports.

Curing method

Curing methods in a curing chamber can be divided into three types:
Natural cure
Steam curing using a steam system.
Air circulation system.

Dust removal system

According to the air pollution requirements of various places, the parts of the concrete block production line responsible for dust removal mainly include the following places:

The system is designed to control air pollution from concrete and aggregate dust generated on a concrete block production line. An exhaust hood or suitable pipes can be used to remove dust.
The gas containing dust flows from the pipeline into a highly efficient purifier. The dust gas is captured and purified by a highly efficient cleaning filter in the purifier. The solids stick to the outside of the bag under the negative pressure of the fan. The pulse valve is controlled by the controller at regular intervals. The system is automatically flushed and cleaned from the inside out. During the backflushing process, particles enter the ash hopper and are collected, and clean gas exits through the chimney.
